Returns and exchanges

All our products have a full 14 day exchange and return right, starting from the date when the shipment has been received, according to the Consumer Protection Act. The product that is returned should be unused, unwashed, in its original packing and all possible tags intact. You may return all normal-priced products free of charge. Attn. The free of charge return is only valid once per order. In other words if you  want to return a product that you have already exchanged, the return will be non-free. Same applies if you want to return multiple products from the same order but you choose to return them one by one. Exchanges to exactly same product costs 3 €. Preorder cancellations and returns cost 3 € as well.

Returning products that are on sale are non-free. This also applies to products that are bought using discount codes (exclusive of gift cards). We will deduct 3 € from the returned amount. If on sale products are returned with normal-priced products, we will deduct 3 € as well. On sale products exchanges to another size are free of charge.

Before returning items, please inform us at info@lillacompany.fi. Returns are handled within 14 days after arrival. Please remember to keep a receipt of the shipment. If you don't pick up the shipment, it is not considered as a cancellation. We will charge 10 € for shipments that are not picked up.

Please note that if the order total becomes under 100 € after a return, we will charge 3.5 € of shipping and handling because the free shipping is valid only for orders over 100 €. If the conditions are not valid for a discount after a return, the discount will be deducted upon returning the money. If you return products that have been bought using a gift card, the return value will be a new gift card of the given sum.

If you want to exchange product to another size, please inform us beforehand and we will reserve you the right size. Send the product to the return address above with a note about which size would you like to get.

If you have followed these return guidelines, you don't have to wait a reply but you may proceed returning the products instead.
